Robert M. Kaye
Chairman and CEO

Mr. Kaye founded The PRC Group and is recognized industry-wide for his leadership and entrepreneurial vision. Mr. Kaye began his career in 1960 as a property manager, and gradually grew his young company into one of the most diversified and respected real estate entities in the Tri-State area.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Mr. Kaye is a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He was a director of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the New Jersey Shore Builders Association. He is the former Chairman of the Board of a $2 billion financial institution and sits on several academic and corporate boards. Mr. Kaye currently chairs legislative committees for community reinvestment as well as several philanthropic organizations.


Steven A. Kaye
Executive Vice President, The PRC Group
President, PRC Construction Company, Inc.

Mr. Kaye directs all facets of the companyís construction activities. He has been instrumental in The PRC Groupís expansion into residential and commercial development.

Mr. Kaye has served the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) as a member of the Board of Directors and as a PAC Trustee. From 2000-2002, Mr. Kaye served as President of The New Jersey Shore Builders Association (NJSBA). He has served on the NJSBA Board of Directors and has chaired numerous committees. Mr. Kaye has been honored many times, including the 1996 and 2002 BEAM Award, 2000 Corner Stone Award, 2001 Builder of the Year Award and the 2002 Builder Continuous Service Award. In 2002, Mr. Kaye was appointed by the Governor to join the New Jersey Development Council.

Mr. Kaye received his BA from Denison University and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed real estate broker.


Kenneth T. Koehler
President and COO, The PRC Group

Mr. Koehler is responsible for managing all parts of The PRC Group and its affiliates. 

Kenneth Koehler has over 30 yeas of experience in real estate, finance and banking. He has had direct experience in residential and commercial construction lending, as well as extensive experience in the management and financing of multi-family and commercial real estate properties. Mr. Koehler began his career with the Bank of Boston, where he managed Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Lending units at a subsidiary bank. More recently, Mr. Koehler was president and chief executive officer of Dollar Dry Dock Bank, New York, NY, a $5 billion financial services company, and he was president and chief executive officer of Metropolitan Bank and Trust, a $2 billion financial institution in Cleveland, OH. Both firms specialized in acquisition and development financing, as well as intermediate and long-term financing for numerous real estate projects. Mr. Koehler’s experience includes working actively with intermediate and non-bank lenders, including conduits.

Mr. Koehler served as a Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers and was awarded the Bronze Star. He earned a BS in Economics from Duquesne University and an MBA from Xavier University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University. Mr. Koehler has served on many for-profit and non-profit boards, and is currently director of Cumberland Farms and Gulf Oil, and also serves as chairman of the Audit Committees of both organizations. He was recently elected to the President’s Advisory Committee at Xavier University.


David Coppola
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, The PRC Group

David Coppola is responsible for directing the finance, tax and accounting departments, as well as The PRC Group’s project planning and investment strategies. Mr. Coppola joined PRC in 2004 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Vice President, Finance & Administration in 2005, which expanded his role to include insurance, information technology and human resources.

Mr. Coppola is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in various accounting and finance capacities in residential and commercial real estate development. He began his career in public accounting and obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Pace University, New York, in 1982.


Thomas Arnone
Vice President, Property Management

Thomas Arnone is responsible for all operations in the property management division, which includes a large portfolio of residential apartments, commercial properties, as well as home owner associations and third-party client properties. He has strong knowledge and expertise in the areas of residential and commercial properties, extensive public service experience, and is active in many statewide professional organizations. Mr. Arnone works closely with the President and COO and other senior executives and is a key component of the companyís management team.

Prior to joining The PRC Group, Mr. Arnone served as an elected official in Neptune City as mayor from 2004 through 2010 and as a council member from 1997 through 2003. He was past President of the New Jersey Conference of Mayors. He currently serves as Deputy Director on the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders. Additionally, Mr. Arnone has been a successful business owner in Monmouth County for over 25 years.

Mr. Arnone is a graduate of Neptune High School and attended Brookdale Community College. He is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) and The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).


Greg Lentine
Director of Campus Development and Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Lentine is responsible for managing all campus development project activities for The PRC Group. With over 25 years of diversified experience in all areas of development, construction, sales and marketing, he has led the team for The College of New Jersey Project as well as other initiatives.

Mr. Lentine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Wagner College, and successfully completed training in land development, production management, sales management and marketing with Centex Homes during his 10-year tenure there. He has also managed projects for various developers, large and small, including student housing, multi-unit, single and multi-family community projects from startup to completion.
