The Campus Town Development at The College of New Jersey was honored by PlanSmart NJ and presented with the 2015 Resource Efficiency Achievement Award for its contribution to State-wide land use planning and smart growth initiatives, as well as its promotion of resource efficiency through the application of Green Building standards.
